A recent poll indicated that over 65% of church leaders are not maximizing their God-given S.H.A.P.E. in their current ministry role. That is not the way God designed it. The Bible clearly tells us in Ephesians chapter 4 that church leaders need to be the administrators and let the members be the ministers. However, many leaders try to do it all rather than sharing the ministry with their members.

A S.H.A.P.E. Discovery Center has one goal – empower every member to embrace their unique God-given S.H.A.P.E. and express it through their specific area of ministry to the Body of Christ.   The programs you offer to help reach this goal is totally up to you.   2. Self-study - Encourage everyone in your church to read S.H.A.P.E.: Finding and Fulfilling Your Unique Purpose for Life and complete the online assessment.
  3. Small group/Sunday School - Offer to your small groups and Sunday school classes our 6 week video curriculum based on S.H.A.P.E.: Finding and Fulfilling Your Unique Purpose for Life. Curriculum is available at www.shaperesources.com
  4. Seminars - Host a Only You Can Be You seminar for your members. This seminar helps people further embrace and express the life changing messages within S.H.A.P.E.: Finding and Fulfilling Your Unique Purpose for Life.
