Small Group Leader

As the leader of your small group, God does not want you doing everything. Just the things you were shaped to do. So if leading is what you do best, be a great servant leader by helping everyone else find their fit within the group. For example, if someone has the gift of administration encourage them to take over the organization of the group. If someone has the gifts for pastoring or mercy ask if they would help champion the weekly prayer requests. Look for someone that is passionate about evangelism to champion your outreach events. Lastly, let the person with hospitality champion the food, fellowship, and fun. As you can see, we truly are better together.
